Frequently asked questions

How do I reach support?

Email us at support@levtics.com. We aim to reply within one business day. When reporting a bug, please include your iOS version, your device model, and the Kept app version (found in the app's settings).

Does Kept upload my photos anywhere?

No. Kept processes everything on your device — your photos and videos never leave your phone. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Why does Kept ask for photo library access?

Kept needs permission to view your photo library so it can help you review and clean it up. Without this permission the app can't function. You can manage this anytime in Settings > Kept > Photos.

Where do my deleted photos go?

Photos deleted through Kept go to your device's "Recently Deleted" album in the Photos app, just like when you delete them manually. They stay there for up to 30 days before being permanently removed, and you can restore them at any time during that window.

I deleted photos, but my storage didn't free up. Why?

Deleted photos are held in "Recently Deleted" for 30 days before they're permanently removed, so storage isn't reclaimed immediately. You can empty that album manually in the Photos app to free up space right away.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple, not through Kept directly. Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your device to view, change, or cancel your plan. See our Terms of Use for details on billing.

How do I restore a previous purchase (including Lifetime)?

Open Kept, go to Settings, and choose "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Can I get a refund?

All purchases are billed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple directly. Request one via Apple's refund request page.

Does Kept work with iCloud Photos?

Yes. Kept works with your photo library whether or not iCloud Photos is enabled, since all its processing happens on-device through Apple's Photos framework.
