Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Kept, an app made by Levtics (KVK 76956865). By downloading or using Kept, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Subscriptions and purchases

Kept offers the following purchase options:

• Weekly subscription — auto-renewing, billed weekly until cancelled.
• Yearly subscription — auto-renewing, billed annually until cancelled.
• Lifetime — a one-time purchase that unlocks the full app permanently, with no recurring charge.

Subscription price and length are shown in the app and on the App Store product page before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew for the same length and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.

Refunds

All purchases are billed and processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies — we are not able to issue refunds directly. To request one, see Apple's refund request page.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Kept only for its intended purpose: reviewing and managing your own photo library. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app or its services.

Your content

You retain full ownership of your photos and videos at all times. As described in our Privacy Policy, Kept processes your media entirely on your device and never uploads it to us.

No warranty

Kept is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Levtics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Kept.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Kept after a change means you accept the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
